Directions for use

Keep bottle clean at all times.
Fill with a liquid of your choice.
Seal the bottle using the twist tape at the back of the cap.
Place in your bag and take to your activity.

Holding bottle upright place the bottle spout two centimetres from your mouth.
Squeeze the bottle and open your mouth.
Reseal after use.
